PEER SUPPORT CERTIFICATION

  • On-site POST-approved Certified Training - with a Partridge Group clinician (option to include wellness assessment through psychological testing)

  • Clinical supervision of Peer Support Team through consulting, crisis intervention, and quarterly/bi-annual trainings.

  • Development of bylaws and policies for the PST team and guidance on team member selection.

CRITICAL INCIDENT DEBRIEFING

  • Group debriefs following critical incidents or for department-identified issues. Can include the department peer support team if available.

  • Confidential sit down with mental health professional and personelle to debrief the incident within 72 hrs.

  • Follow-up in person or remote mental health services for those personelle involved in critical incident.

TRAINING/CONSULTING

  • Conduct training for all agency members about normalizing mental health impacts of the vocation and common behavioral reactions to traumatic experiences.

  • The topic/scope will be determined in advance, and priced based on audience, size of engagement, deliverables, time, and travel. Topics can include psychological evaluations in hiring and retention, employee wellness/resilience/emotional survival, peer support, and critical incident response.

HOUSE BILL 23 YEARLY MENTAL HEALTH CHECK-IN

  • Clinical interview, and may include post-traumatic symptoms assessment and/or one psychological measure. (Approx. 2 hours)

  • In accordance with the HB 23 Legislature, we are available to provide confidential, culturally competent, and comprehensive psychological check-ins with both agency officers/employees.

  • Following the completion of mental health check-ins, confidential research, and findings on the current mental health and wellness of the agency will be presented to the administration.
