Ashley Carrubba
Ashley (ACMHC) holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has over a decade of experience working with public safety, and her niche is working with first responders, military, and their families. Ashley specializes in working with PTSD, anxiety, depression, male and female issues, and relationship issues. She is a former Wellness Coordinator for the Utah Department of Public Safety, Utah Highway Patrol where she helped to develop and streamline their Peer Support program. Ashley uses trauma-informed modalities, such as trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), accelerated resolution therapy (ART), internal family systems (IFS), and other creative approaches to help her clients recognize their full potential and reach their goals. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, and friends, and traveling.
