FITNESS FOR DUTY EVALUATION
INDIVIDUAL, COUPLES, AND FAMILY COUNSELING
- Four psychological measures and a clinical interview. A verbal report before written evaluation available upon request. (Approx. 4 hours)
HB-23 COMPLIANT ANNUAL MENTAL HEALTH EVALUATION
- Psychological check-up, one standardized psychological test, post-traumatic symptoms assessment, and clinical interview, and review of testing with officer/employee with licensed psychologist. (Approx. 2 ½ hours)
STATUS ASSESSMENT
- Clinical interview, and may include post-traumatic symptoms assessment and/or one psychological measure. (Approx. 2 ½ hours)
POST-CRITICAL INCIDENT / RETURN TO WORK EVALUATION
- Psychological testing, post-traumatic symptoms assessment measures, and clinical interview. (Approx. 3 hours)
FITNESS FOR DUTY EVALUATION
- Psychological testing, clinical interview, and review of collateral information. (Approx. 6 hours)
INDIVIDUAL, COUPLES, AND FAMILY COUNSELING
- A 50-minute therapy session with a culturally competent, licensed mental health provider. Confidential, although basic attendance and participation can be provided depending on the agreement with the department (the client will be aware of the agreement prior to any treatment).
