HB84 SCHOOL GUARDIAN FIT TO CARRY MENTAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT
ARMED SECURITY SUITABILITY EVALUATION
- Four psychological measures (assessing psychopathology and personality characteristics) and a clinical interview with licensed psychologist. Same week or following week appointments available. Written report will be completed within 8 to 10 days. A verbal report before written evaluation available upon request. (Approx. 4 hours)
- Can be completed in our Sandy Office, St. George Office, at the Agency, and through Telehealth services.
HB-23 COMPLIANT ANNUAL MENTAL HEALTH EVALUATION
- Psychological check-up, one standardized psychological test, post-traumatic symptoms assessment, and clinical interview, and review of testing with officer/employee with licensed meantal health professional. (Approx. 1 1/2 to 2 hours)
- Able to provide agency with confidential research following completion.
STATUS ASSESSMENT
- Clinical interview, and may include post-traumatic symptoms assessment and/or one psychological measure. (Approx. 2 ½ hours)
- Referred by agency for personelle struggling with mental health symptoms.
POST-CRITICAL INCIDENT / RETURN TO WORK EVALUATION
- Psychological testing, post-traumatic symptoms assessment measures, and clinical interview with licensed mental health professional. (Approx. 3 hours)
- Written report will be completed within 14 days and verbal report available within 48 hrs.
FITNESS FOR DUTY EVALUATION
- Psychological testing, clinical interview with a licensed psychologist, and review of collateral information. (Approx. 4-6 hours)
- Verbal report/determination within 48 hrs. of appointment.
INDIVIDUAL, COUPLES, AND FAMILY COUNSELING
- A 50-minute therapy session with a culturally competent, licensed mental health provider. Confidential, although basic attendance and participation can be provided depending on the agreement with the department (the client will be aware of the agreement prior to any treatment).
HB84 SCHOOL GUARDIAN FIT TO CARRY MENTAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT
- 30-minute In-Person or Virtual Clinical Interview with a Licensed Psychologist, one standardized C-level psychological/personality assessment, and one mental health symptoms screener.
- Able to provide department/district Fit to Carry determination letter within 48-72 hrs from appointment.
ARMED SECURITY SUITABILITY EVALUATION
- 45-minute In-Person or Virtual Clinical Interview with a Licensed Psychologist and two standardized C-level psychological/personality assessments.
- Able to provide agency/company written evaluation with suitability recommendations within 8-10 days from appointment.
